Shipping
Currently we only offer shipping within Australia
It depends where you are located. Most orders are shipped same or next business day & will take 1-3 days within Australia.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Please note, there may be delays in preparing orders during major sale events.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.
For domestic orders under $120 a $12.50 flat rate standard shipping fee applies.
For EXPRESS Shipping we offer a flat rate of $15
Our Warehouse and Logistics facility are located Melbourne Victoria.
Sorry, currently we do not offer a warehouse pickup service due to safety policies.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. For the most detailed and up to date information we recommend tracking your parcel directly through the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number.
Please check the tracking provided via email. You can then email us to investigate, or, open an investigation yourself through Australia Post.
We kindly advise that after the item departs from our warehouse, Australia Post becomes the sole provider of any updates regarding the item's location.
Sizing
To assist with finding the perfect ring or bracelet size, view our sizing guidance here.
Commonly our necklaces include a chain extender, built in offering size increase by up to 5cm.
Our bracelets come as a standard size.
We do not currently offer custom sizing of our jewellery pieces.
Our rings and some bracelets are generally expandable, this scales 5 common ring or bracelet sizes.

Our 18k gold-plated jewellery is crafted to deliver elegance and durability, offering a beautiful golden glow without the full cost of solid gold.
Cubic Zirconia (CZ) is a high-quality, man-made gemstone prized for its brilliance and clarity. Crafted to closely resemble diamonds, cubic zirconia offers dazzling sparkle at a fraction of the cost. We use carefully selected CZ stones in our pieces to achieve a luxurious look that’s both stunning and accessible.
Wear & Care
- Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve its shine.
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid tangles and scratches.
- Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising to protect it from moisture and chemicals.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear to keep it looking its best.
It’s best to remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. Water, chlorine, and sweat can cause tarnishing or dullness over time, especially with plated pieces.
Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For deeper cleaning, a mild soap and water rinse followed by thorough drying is safe for most pieces.
Over time, all plated jewellery may show some signs of wear. Proper care — such as avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions — helps maintain its shine and prolongs its life.
Our pieces are designed for regular wear, but to keep them looking their best, rotate them and give them short breaks. This minimises everyday exposure to moisture and friction.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note, we can’t accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.
Gift Wrapping
Yes! All of our jewellery comes beautifully packaged — ready for gifting or treating yourself.
- Earrings and rings are placed in an elegant ring sized jewellery box.
- Bracelets and necklaces come in a larger gift box.
- Highly polished pieces may be carefully placed in a tie-strap pouch for extra protection.
- Every package also includes a small thank you card from us.
At the moment we include a branded thank you card with each order.
If you’d like us to hand write a special note, please email us right after placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
The message would need to be short.
We usually package items together in a way that keeps them secure and looking beautiful. If you need items boxed separately (for gifting to different people), just leave us a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
