Shipping Within Australia

FREE Standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD.

A flat fee of $6.95 applies for orders valued less than $50.

Express Shipping available for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking details provided upon dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time Frames

Standard: 2–6 business days (metro areas)
Express: 1–3 business days (metro areas)

Please note: deliveries to rural and remote locations may require additional time.

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We're working to expand our service internationally soon.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website or app.

St Geran is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, natural events, or incorrect delivery information. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@stgeran.com.au and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
