18K GOLD PLATED & 925 SILVER PLATED JEWELLERY

St Geran’s 18k gold plated jewellery is created by layering high-quality 18k gold over a durable base metal generally copper, sometimes steel.

Likewise, our 925 silver plated designs use a thin layer of real 925 silver over a carefully chosen base material, often brass or copper, to achieve a bright, polished finish.

While both finishes are designed to be long lasting, plating is delicate by nature and can fade or tarnish over time due to exposure to moisture, chemicals, or friction.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS - To Preserve Your Pieces:

• Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals.

• Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising.

• Store pieces in a cool, dry place, such as an anti-tarnish pouch or soft-lined jewellery box, away from direct sunlight.

• Include the anti-tarnishing tab provided with your purchase to reduce moisture-related tarnish during storage.

To Clean:

Gently buff your jewellery with a soft, dry polishing cloth to maintain shine. Avoid abrasive materials or polishing agents that could strip the plating.
