Find Your Perfect Fitting Ring

Before selecting your ring, be sure to measure the correct finger on the correct hand, sizes can vary between hands. For the most accurate results, measure when your hands are warm, as cold temperatures can cause your fingers to shrink slightly. The ring should comfortably pass over your knuckle without being too loose.

Measure an Existing Ring

Choose a ring that already fits the finger where you plan to wear your St gerán ring.
Using a ruler or measuring tape, measure the inner diameter of the ring.
Record the measurement in millimeters.
Refer to our ring size chart above to find your corresponding size.
We use standard US sizing. For approximate conversions, refer to the table below. You can also purchase our ring sizer for greater accuracy.

BRACELETS

How to Measure for a Bracelet (in mm and cm)

1. Use a flexible measuring tool
Use a soft measuring tape marked in millimeters (mm) and centimeters (cm). If you don’t have one, use a strip of paper or string and a ruler.

2. Wrap it around your wrist
Wrap the tape (or paper/string) around your wrist just below the wrist bone — where you’d naturally wear a bracelet. It should be snug but not tight.

3. Read or mark the measurement

If using a tape measure, note the length where it meets the zero point. If using string or paper, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat against a ruler to find the length in mm or cm.

4. Add your preferred allowance
Depending on how you like your bracelet to fit, add:

  • +5 mm to +10 mm for a close fit
  • +10 mm to +15 mm for a standard fit
  • +15 mm to +20 mm for a looser, draped fit

Example: If your wrist measures 160 mm (16 cm):

  • For a close fit: order 165–170 mm
  • For a standard fit: order 170–175 mm
  • For a loose fit: order 175–180 mm

5. For bangles (no clasp)
Form your hand as if slipping on a bangle (thumb touching little finger). Measure around the widest part of your knuckles. This ensures the bangle will comfortably slide over your hand.

NECKLACES
How to Measure for a Necklace (in mm and cm)

1. Use a flexible measuring tool
Take a soft measuring tape marked in millimeters (mm) and centimeters (cm).

No tape? Use a piece of string or ribbon and measure it against a ruler.

2. Decide where you want the necklace to sit
Stand in front of a mirror and drape the tape (or string) around your neck. Adjust it to the length you like — whether that’s close to the base of your neck (like a choker) or lower down on your chest.

3. Read or mark the measurement
If using a measuring tape, note the length where it meets the zero point. If using string, mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat on a ruler to see the length in mm or cm.

4. Use standard size guides for reference
Typical necklace lengths for women (approximate):

  • 350–400 mm (35–40 cm) – choker
  • 400–450 mm (40–45 cm) – sits at the collarbone
  • 450–500 mm (45–50 cm) – just below the collarbone
  • 500–600 mm (50–60 cm) – near bust line

5. Want to layer?
Measure each desired length with the tape or string, so you can create a beautiful layered look without necklaces tangling or sitting too close together.

Tip: When in doubt, slightly longer is safer — you can always adjust with a small extender.
